Cancellation Policy

• Credit Card on File: A valid credit card is required on file for all large chemical services (and may be required to book online). • Deposits (Required to Book): Select services require a deposit to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is paid. • When the Deposit Is Due: • Pre-Booking after your appointment in person and Online bookings: Deposit is due at the time of booking. • Bookings made by phone/text: Deposit is due by end of day on the date the appointment is booked. If the deposit is not received by end of day, the appointment may be canceled and released. • Deposit Amounts: Deposit amounts vary based on the service booked and will be applied toward your total on the day of your appointment. • Deposits Are Non‑Refundable: All deposits are non-refundable. • Cancellations / Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Please call or text (732) 654‑9206. • Late Cancellations (less than 48 hours): Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • Same‑Day Cancellations / No‑Shows: Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. • By Booking: By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy and authorize us to charge the card on file for applicable fees.
